Head BOy and Head Girl
Hello my name is Alys Evans and I am the Head Girl at Ysgol Gymraeg Bro Morgannwg this year. I am studying English Literature, French and Geography and I would like to read Law at university. I am thankful for the opportunity to be Head Girl as the school has provided me with so many opportunities as well as equiping me with a sense of discipline, Welshness and courtesy. My aims are to strengthen the Welsh society and reinforce the sense of wellbeing and security, especially during this difficult time.
Hello, my name is Ethan Wall and I went to Ysgol Sant Curig – this year I am Head Boy at Ysgol Gymraeg Bro Morgannwg. I am studying English Literature, Design and Technology and Drama and Theatre Studies. I would like to study English Literature at university in the future.
My name is Glesni Siôn and I am the deputy head girl at Ysgol Gymraeg Bro Morgannwg. I am studying Chemistry, Biology, History and the Welsh Bac and I aim to study Medicine at university. During this difficult time, where there are restraints on gathering as a school in different year groups, I would like to ensure that each and every pupil feels a part of the school community. This opportunity to be deputy head girl is a privilege and gives me a chance to give back to the school having enjoyed my own experience so much.
My name is Ioan and I am studying Mathematics, Physics, Geography and the Welsh Bac at A Level this year. My aim as deputy head boy is to ensure that every pupil is happy and feels that they can be involved in every aspect of school life; work, teachers, friends and regarding decisions in the future. My hope is that pupils will feel comfortable and able to speak with me or any of the other prefects about any concerns or questions in order to better your school experience. I am very proud to be a prefect, I hope I will be efficient in the role.
