We all, at certain points in our lives, need a friendly ear to listen, emotional support and a little advice. We are here to help and listen and are available at any time.
We also offer specific wellbeing interventions to some pupils such as: Nurturing sessions, ELSA and 1:1 sessions on a weekly basis. These interventions offer emotional support to pupils who, for a variety of reasons, may be experiencing emotional difficulties.
The centre is open every play/lunch time for those pupils who are keen to have a quiet space to chat, relax and be creative.
There are also exciting gardening projects to come! Volunteers welcome!
There is a drop in session for parents every Monday afternoon 2pm-3pm.
External agencies also provide weekly support:
- The Youth Wellbeing Service
- Barnados Counselling Service
